East Anglian Data Recovery Services Ltd employs an easy to digest standard pricing structure as depicted above. We know from experience the time it is likely to take to carry out the most common of procedures resulting from failed drives, such as replacing heads or working on controller boards or firmware issues. We do not, as is the norm with some companies, charge per GB recovered; the process carried out is the same regardless of whether you need one photograph or the whole drive recovered, so we believe this is the fairest method to apply.
However, other services we offer will be focussed more on a consultative basis for the more 'sensitive' recovery procedures (forensic recovery, evidence gathering, etc), so our pricing in these cases cannot be standardized. There may be a minority of hard disk drives and RAID Arrays that do indeed require substantially more work than usual, for example, some physical recoveries will require specific replacement parts and some logical failures and deleted data recoveries will require substantial reconstructive forensic work. In these cases we would like to advise the following:-
If it is determined that minor parts are required, in the majority of cases these may be included as we have an extensive library of surrogate parts readily available. However, for major failure/forensic or evidence gathering work, costs will be quoted at the time and agreed by the customer prior to commencement of any ongoing works.
Payment
Payment is usually taken once the data recovery process is complete and we are ready to despatch your information back to you. We are able to accept the following:-

- All major credit and debit cards
