Please call us or use the enquiry form and one of our team will contact you, discuss your recovery requirements and if agreed will arrange for the collection of your hard drive. If you live in Norfolk we will arrange for a courier to visit you at your home or place of work with a specially designed box and this will be delivered back to us. For those customers outside Norfolk regrettably we are unable to provide a collection service yet, however, we will send a specially designed box to you at your home or place of business for you to take to your local Post Office. If you do require a courier service we will be pleased to arrange this at cost for you.

It is very important not to attempt to recover the data yourself, as this may cause further damage to the data area of the drive and greatly reduce the chances of successful data recovery.

On receipt of your failed hard drive we will analyse the extent of the damage and outline a recovery plan for you, in most cases within 24 hours of receipt of your failed hard drive. We will then provide you with a confirmed email quotation of the costs involved.

Once we have received your agreement to the recovery programme, we commence the device repair within our Class 10 Clean Room Facilities. The necessity for this environment is explained on our what is data recovery page. When the repair and eventual recovery is complete, the data is then transferred onto your preferred method of storage media; this will usually depend on the amount of data recovered. In most cases this will be a new external hard drive, which can be provided by us at cost or supplied by yourself, the choice is yours.

Once our engineers are happy that the data recovery process is complete and correct, we will contact you to arrange for your information to be returned to you either by first class recorded post, courier or in local cases we can deliver this ourselves. *
